How many advertisers does that corrupt company send to say that kind of shit in here? Jesus. The cheese is making me cringe.

I know you will get an email about this response. Its been 7 months, just thought we should check on your job at Enterprise. Still work there? Doubt it.

    Enterprise Rocks! especially branch #2057

You have no idea what the taylors do without using the enterprise name, and no other rental company puts as much into the community or their employees (best benefits package I have seen in 40 years of working) than enterprise. Your brother should get out of the business if he has such a bad attitude toward it. He hurts the customer and eventually he will hurt the careers of his employees.

I work there, my wife works there, our son works there. He is in management. We don’t have to worry about ever being in management since we don’t have college degrees which proves we worked starting out of high school rather than wasting our parents money on getting drunk and laid for four years, dodging the draft or not mature enough to handle adult responsibilities. In otherwords, we don’t need the BS. But our son is a manager and we know what you say is wrong.

My brother is an MT there and he tells me they force everyone to work all day and then come in on Saturday too. I am too young to rent a car so I am just saying what everyone else is saying in the videos I just watched. I watched a show on TV about the footprint thing and they was saying something about it is nice about them planting trees but they need to do more that 1 million. I think it was 20 billion.

  7. defconmatrix - January 31st, 2010 at 7:03 pm

For the size of their carbon footprint it would take 20 billion trees this year to do a true offset. 1 million per year is as effective as throwing a drowning man your toothpick because it floats and then telling everyone just how good you are. Or it is equal to throwing a glass of water on a forest fire. They rape the environment, brow beat their employees and lie to their customers. RentErprise is public enemy number one. Blow me EnterpriseCompany. Lackey!

    First of all, Enterprise ROCKS!

Second, I think they are making a valient effort to raise awareness about such an important issue through this commercial. I mean haven’t you ever seen “The Day After Tomorrow”!!!

Hot chicks planting trees – I like that. Makes me want to become a forest ranger.

awesome! nice to see that enterprise cares.

Enterprise is clearly trying to help improve our environment via planting trees for you & I. They should not be bashed for making improvements & taking the initiative to help solve some of our many environmental problems. One thing the tree pledge is helping: carbon sequestering (trees store carbon, wood locks up the carbon, resulting in slower global warming). My question to you critics is simply, if Enterprise is willing to help pave the way to a better future for you & I, why not let them?

  12. sls12125 - January 31st, 2010 at 9:58 pm

Enterprise is at least making an effort to help improve our polluted environment and act as a socially responsible corporation. One way Enterprise is helping w/ its tree pledge: carbon sequestering (Trees store carbon, the wood will lock up the carbon, helping to slow global warming) This is so important that some countries (Costa) actually pay to have trees grown for this purpose alone. If a company is willing to plant 50 million more trees in our country to help you & I in the future-let them!

Hey Andy Taylor!!! Instead of worrying about the environment, worry about YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! PAY THEM A FAIR WAGE!!!!!

  14. Pappy76248 - January 31st, 2010 at 11:01 pm

Enterprise rental is a horrible company. You should be ashamed to even work for them. Your customer service is crap!!!

  15. Pappy76248 - January 31st, 2010 at 11:36 pm

    Enterprise is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, I reserved a car. I was told the car was ready to go, but there was no one available to pick me up for that vehicle until after 1p.m. I could not wait the extra time so I walked to the location to get the car. AFTER I arrived I was told that not only was the car not ready, it was not even there. Last time they did this to me missed a conference, this time I missed my grandmother’s funeral.

At all and any cost Enterprise rental should be avoided!!!

Thank you for raising a very valid follow-up question. Our 50 Million Tree Pledge is just one aspect of a comprehensive environmental platform Enterprise has developed to address the areas of the world touched by our operations. You can learn more about our environmental platform by visiting the About Us section of our website. This platform will continue to evolve over time, and while these initiatives are not a total solution, we believe they are steps in the right direction.

being a former employee for over 6 years, i do applaud their effort here. by no means am i an environmentalist. however, has anyone considered all the chemicals emiitted in the air, chemical runoff, wasted water in the wash bays and paper used inside? now multiply that by 6500 or so. pretty big “environmental footprint”. don’t worry those trees will make up for it.
