It would be very difficult to know since the rates differ according to where you are staying on board. You can have a suite with your own balcony or an indoor cabin way down the lower decks. So if you did have pay pay taxes, it will depend on that. You will still have to pay gratuities for the cleaner, waiters etc.. If you know which cruise line and cruise ship it is and when you are traveling, it is best to check with the cruise line. Are you sure your winning is not a scam to make you pay "taxes"?
